( 02 )  The House

We make ten garments, and only ten. Each is cut by one hand, finished over weeks, and built to be worn for decades — the opposite of a season.

The Ten

A permanent wardrobe. No drops, no seasons — ten pieces refined year on year.

Fifteen ways to wear the Ten  —  AW26

Look 08  /  The Moreau Trench

Nine years.
One house.

Every look here is built from the same ten garments. That is the whole idea: a wardrobe that keeps giving, season after season, instead of being replaced.

( 04 )  Heritage & Culture

A house,
not a label.

  1. 2017

    Two rooms on Via Maggio

Sienna Valente leaves a Savile Row apprenticeship and opens a two-room atelier in Florence with one cutter and one loom.

  2. 2019

    The first of the Ten

The Ravel Coat takes 142 hours and eleven fittings to perfect. It has not changed since.

  3. 2021

    Paris, Rue du Faubourg

A second salon opens, by appointment only. No windows, no mannequins — just a fitter and a mirror.

  4. 2023

    The lifetime promise

Every piece, ever made, can come home to be mended. Free, forever. Nearly 900 have so far.

  5. 2026

    The Ten, complete

The final piece, the Ailes Cape, joins the wardrobe. The house will make nothing else.

“I wanted to make the last coat someone would ever need to buy. Then I wanted to do it nine more times.”— Sienna Valente, founder

Slowness

Nothing is rushed to meet a season. A piece ships when it is right, and not a day before.

ii.

One hand

Each garment is made start to finish by one artisan, who signs the lining when it is done.

iii.

Nothing wasted

Offcuts become linings, buttons and the cardigans' horn trims. We have never held a sale.

( 05 )  The Atelier

One coat,
one pair of hands.

I.

The cloth

Double-faced cashmere woven on 1960s shuttle looms in Biella, never more than forty metres a day.

II.

The cut

Every pattern is chalked and cut by a single cutter, then fitted to a canvas form before a stitch is sewn.

III.

The finish

Lapels are rolled and pad-stitched by hand. Each piece is signed inside the lining by the artisan who made it.
